Returns and Refund

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to request a refund or replacement (given stock availability and subject to management approval) by contacting us.

 

We do not accept returns for incorrect choices or a change of mind. Items returned must be unused and in the same condition as received. Buyer to pay return postage. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Also, we are not responsible for the refund if the item has been melted because of the hot weather during the delivery. For example, the melting point of Shea Butter is 28 – 34°C, so it is very possible that you would receive a soft or melted butter if you choose to buy and get delivery in summer time. Each package is carefully sealed so leaking should not occur. For any melt happens, please do not open the package and simply put it in the fridge to regain its solid state.
