If you purchase a product or service from us,

we may request certain personally-identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfil your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Method of Payment & Shipping

​We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Free Shipping for all Australian orders. Please be mindful and patient that some items would be posted by standard letter or parcel, which mean there are no tracking numbers sometimes for certain posts.

For international payments, there is flat rate during checkouts, for larger orders, you are welcome to contact me for the any discount quotes for shipping costs.

Delivery Time frame

After dispatch, allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive, if within Australia and up to 31 days for international deliveries.
