Our natural soybean powder is good for DIY skincare as it may also reduce the visible signs of ageing like skin discoloration, wrinkles, dark spots, fine lines, etc. As we age our body tends to lose estrogen, the vital hormone that maintains skin elasticity. The phytoestrogens in soybean may helps for reducing wrinkles and fine lines.

Some examples for DIY facial mask:

Start by taking two tablespoons of soybean powder. Add half an apple after grinding it. Blend well by adding about two tablespoons of milk. Apply this mixture to your face and allow it to remain for about ten minutes before rinsing with cold water. This procedure can be repeated once a week.

This face mask is not sticky and hence can be done during any part of the day. Apple is rich in antioxidants and hence helps to keep the skin fresher and younger looking. Milk, used as a binder, also helps to lighten skin colour and fade out fine lines.

For hair benefits, Soybean powder can be used for smooth, soft, and shiny hair. You can mix the powder with water then apply onto the hair as the conditioner before rinse, do it regularly for three months to get the desired results.
